Copy manual journal entry
Copying a manual journal entry is a time-saving function if you often make similar entries. Only journal entries of the transaction type Manual journal entry can be copied.
- Select Accounting - Journal entries.
You can only copy the manual journal entries found in the list.
- Select the journal entry that you want to copy.
- Select Actions - Copy to create a new journal entry based on all information from the copied one.
- Change the date so it is correct for the new journal entry and select Post to ledger.
