Copy document content to a new document

In Visma.net ERP, you can create a document by copying and pasting the contents of a document of the same type, as described in this topic.

  1. Open the window where you want to copy the document.
  2. If you are in the PL edition of the window, click to leave list view.
  3. Open the document you want to copy.
  4. Click and select Copy.
    The contents of the document are copied to the clipboard.
  5. Click to clear the elements for a new document.
  6. Click and select Paste.

    The contents of the clipboard are pasted into the new document.

  7. Edit the elements that have different values in the new document than those in the original document.
  8. Click to save the new document.

Now you can process the new document according to your company's workflow.
