Create a document by using a template

You can create a document by using a previously created template, as described in this topic.

  1. In the window where you want to create a document, click .
  2. Click .
    Select one of the listed pre-made templates, that you want to copy data from.


    The data from the template is pasted into your document.

  3. Check that the document has the appropriate date, post period, and amounts. If necessary, make changes.
  4. Click .

Now you can process the new document according to your company's workflow.
