Examples of advanced and ad hoc filters

The Balance by GL account (AP63200S) (AP63200S) report displays the balances of the Supplier ledger accounts and activities on the accounts for the selected period. To fine-tune the report to show only payments collected on the 140000 account, you can add the following filter in the Additional filtering conditions table of the Additional sort and filters tab of the report window.

To view project tasks that are active and at least 50% complete, in the Project tasks(PM3020PL) window, you can add the following filter.

The filter works as follows:

• By filtering out the project tasks which have the status Active .
• By adding the Completed % clause, you include only the project tasks that are 50% complete or more.

To view the project tasks created during the month of November 2019, you can use the following filter in the Project tasks window (PM3020PL).

The filter works as follows:

• The clause includes the project tasks which have been created between November 1 2019 and November 31 2019.
