This window holds settings that affect the Inventory workspace as a whole, including processing, posting, and approval settings.

This tab is only available if the Approval workflow functionality is enabled in the Enable/disable functionalities (CS100000) (CS100000) window.
You use this tab to configure approvals for sales orders of order types for which approval is supported. For more information, see: Order types. This tab includes the Require approval check box and a table that lists the approval maps to be used (if the check box is selected) to assign sales orders of different types to employees for approval. You can use this table to select the approval maps to be used for specific types of sales orders.
You specify one map for an order type if sequential approval is required and you can specify more than one map for any order type if multiple parallel approvals are required for orders of this type
