Payment processing status (PSGI0001)

In this window, you can follow up the status of your documents in the payment processing flow.

Element Description
From All payment requests from this date will be displayed in the table.
Login The user who has created the payment request.
Status

In the Status field, you can filter payments according to the status they have in Visma.net ERP:

Scheduled - Creation of batches and payments has been scheduled.

Retry updating batches - If updating batches has failed, the system retries to update them.

Creating batches and payments - Payment batches and its payments are being created.

Update batches with errors - There are errors in some batches and they have to be updated in the Process payments (AP50300S) window.

Batches and payments created with errors - Batches and payments have been created but errors occurred.

Batches and payments created - Batches and payments have been created.

Sending payment file - The payment file is being sent to AutoPay.

Error sending payment file - An error occurred when sending the payment file to AutoPay.

Payment file sent - The payment file has been sent to AutoPay.

Completed with errors - The payment process has been completed but errors occurred.

Completed - The payment process has been completed.
Column Description

Payment request ID

The ID of the request for creating batches and payments.
Login The user who has initiated the payment creation.
Created on The date and time when the batch was created.
Last modified The date and time when the batch was last modified.
No. of documents The number of the documents in the batch.
Status The status of the payment batch.
Errors The description of the error that caused the processing to fail.
Details The details of the payment batch's payment processing status.
Row number The number of the row in the table.
