Print lists and address labels

You can print lists of your employees, customers and contacts. You can also print address labels for customers.

  1. Enter the register that you wish to print of employees, customers or contacts.
  2. Make your selections in the list by clicking the cog wheel. Now you can include or exclude columns from the list.

How the printout will be structured depends on what choices you made and the selected sorting order. The list will also be printed as it appears on screen.

  1. Click the print icon on the top right hand side. Now you select if you want to export the list to PDF or to Excel. You can also choose to print address labels to PDF in the customer and contact register.
