Quotes
Quotes and Orders is an additional service that gives you full control of the whole sales process, not only invoicing. If you want to create and send quotes and order confirmations to your customers you activate the functionality under the menu Apps and extensions found in the menu on the left in Visma eAccounting Standaard.
In the Sales - Quotes part of the program, you manage quotes for your customers. Here, you can create a new quote that you can later convert to an order or invoice when accepted by the customer.
What does the list Quotes show?
The quotes that you began to register but are not ready for sending are saved under the Drafts tab. You can go back and open a draft at any time to finish creating the quote.
The quotes that have not yet been invoiced to a customer are found under the Quotes in progress tab. You can open an existing quote for more detailed information. In this tab it also possible to filter on All quotes in progress, Awaiting quotes, and Accepted quotes.
All quotes that have been invoiced or converted to an order and sent to the customer are found under Converted quotes. You can change the date interval to view quotes from other periods. In this tab it also possible to filter on All converted quotes, Quotes converted to orders, and Invoiced quotes.
By clicking on the column headings, the various lists can be sorted to show the quotes in the order you desire.
