Look up information about clearing accounts

In the Clearing accounts tab, you can look up information about clearing accounts.
A clearing account is used to accumulate customer payments before they are actually deposited to the bank account.

This tab is available only for bank accounts.

  1. Go to the Cash accounts (CA202000) window.
  2. Click .
  3. Under Clearing account, click to select a cash account.
  4. Under Payment method, click to select a payment method.
  5. Under Charges types, click to select a charges type.
  6. Under Charges rate, fill in a charge rate.
  7. Click .
