Visma eAccounting Smart
Chart of accounts
The list Chart of accounts shows the ledger accounts for the selected financial year and can be found under Settings - Chart of accounts in Visma eAccounting Smart. Changes made to the chart of accounts only affect the current year. No information from the previous financial year is affected. Here you can also add and remove accounts, edit existing ones, and activate and deactivate them.
The VAT code determines on which line of the VAT report the account is totalled.
If you want to print the chart of account, go to Accounting - Reports in the program. You can also import a chart of accounts from another program. Read more in the topic Importing or exporting chart of accounts.
