Enable webhook notifications

The setting for enabling the Webhook notification feature can only be found in the supported windows.

This procedure uses the Customers (AR303000) window as an example.

You can also use the classes windows to enable Webhook notifications, for example Customer classes (AR201000). You can then apply that class to the selected customer.

  1. Go to Customers (AR303000).
  2. Create a new or edit an existing customer.
  3. On the General information tab under Customer properties, select the Webhook notification check box.
  4. Click .
    An additional tab called Webhook notifications appears where you can see all triggered events from the Customers (AR303000) window.
    From now on, every time you do a change on the customer and click , a new notification will be created and sent to the recipient.
  5. Optional: On the Webhook notification tab, click View notification feedback to see the message from the third-party integrator.
  6. Optional: On the Webhook notification tab, click Resend notification if you want to send the notification once more, or if something went wrong.

Note: To use Webhook notifications on documents (sales orders, shipments etc.), the document must be connected to an entity that has the Webhook notification feature enabled.
