This topic gives you information about the elements that you find in this window in Visma Net, such as fields, field values, buttons, and check boxes.
You can use this window to process notifications that are awaiting processing.
| Button | Description |
|---|---|
| Process | Initiates processing of the selected notifications. |
| Process all | Initiates processing of all the listed notifications. |
The top part
In the top part, you can choose the date when notifications are to be sent (or the date when they have been sent, to view already-sent notifications).

| Status | The status of notifications to be shown, which can be any of the
following:

| Execution date | The date when the processing is to be performed. |
| Date sent | The date when the notifications have been sent. |
The Notifications table
The Notifications table contains the complete list of notifications that have the status you have selected.
| Button | Description |
|---|---|
| View notification | Navigates to the Automation notifications (SM205040) window so you can view the details of the selected notification. |
| View message | Opens the message that is selected in the table. |
| View report | Opens the report that is attached to the message selected in the
table. The button is available only if the message contains a report. |
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Notification ID | The identifier of the notification. |
| Execution date | The date when the notification was processed. |
| Status | The status of the notification. |
| Date sent | The date when the notifications have been sent. |
| To | The recipient of the notification. |
| Subject | The subject of the notification email. |
| Report ID | The report ID if the notification includes the report. |
| Error message | A message displayed indicating that an error occurred during the relevant process. |
