Add customized fields

You can add further information on the customer or contacts by adding customized fields.

  1. Choose Settings - Customized fields in the main menu.
  2. Click on the New customized fields button.
  3. Choose Customer or Contacts in the Registry field to connect the field to the register.
  4. Enter a number and a name for the field.
  5. Choose Type. You can choose between four different types of fields:
Text Is used to enter customer-related text
Date Is used to enter customer-related dates
Numeric Is used to enter customer-related figures
Alternative Is used when you want to choose between different customer-related alternatives

You can create a maximum of ten fields of each type.

  1. Enter a default value if you want it to be added for all your customers or contacts. Otherwise, you can leave it blank. You can then manually enter a value for each customer or contacts.
  2. Select Save. Now you can see the customized fields in the customer register or contacts register.
It is possible to rearrange the order of the fields by using drag and drop. Just grasp the three lines on the left hand side of the field by holding down the left mouse button. Drag the field where you wish to have it and drop it.
