Engagement letter settings

Under Settings - Agency settings and the tab Engagement letter you can select settings for your agency if you wish to include a logo and add files to be included as default in your engagement letters.

Add a logo in the engagement letter

You can select between the options: Exclude logo or Include logo . As default, the Exclude logo is marked. When you have uploaded a logo, which can be in format the jpg, jpeg or png and with a maximum size of 1 MB, you can start creating engagement letters with your logo included. You can upload and use one logo at the time. It will look best with a maximum height of 85 pixels. If it is larger than that, then it will be scaled down automatically while maintaining the aspect ration.

All changes related to the logo (including adding, alterations or deletions of the logo) will affect the existing PDFs' for the engagement letters that are with the status Draft.

An engagement letter that has been signed can not be changed. In this case, you have to create a completely new engagement letter.

Attach default PDF files

Here you can select to upload the PDF files that you wish to be included in your engagement letters by default. The size limit of each uploaded file is 15 MB.
