Create and print a report
In Visma Advisor you find a number of ready-made reports that you can print in different file formats. You can also make selections which determine the structure and the content of the reports.
- Choose Reports in the main menu.
- Click on the report you want to print.
- Choose Structure and make your selection.
In Structure you can determine the report structure. You can change the row height of the report here, but the columns are fixed. You can choose to view the information arranged by customer, employee, task and/or activity. If you use dimensions for office and/or dimension 2, these too are selectable when structuring the report. If you want to make two selections, for example customer and task, you can choose which one has priority.
Your selections will determine the scope of the report. For example, you can limit your selection to a period, customer or task. You can also choose if outlays, absences, internal time and inactive items should be included. Should you choose to include inactive items, then data for inactive customers, tasks and employees will be included in the report.
- Click on the button Update report when you have made your selections.
- Click on the button Print when you are satisfied with the result of the report. You can either print the report as PDF or Excel.
- Open the file and choose whether to save it, print it or send it to your email program.
