Tasks

In Settings - Tasks there are a number of standard tasks, for example Redovisning, Lönehantering and Bokslut. You can edit these tasks to suit your activities or you can add completely new ones. To each task, you can add checkpoints to be able to follow up and mark as complete. A checklist is created automatically for each task that has checkpoints linked to it. You can then link the tasks to each customer. This means you can keep track of each customer task in a checklist, register times and then invoice the customer for the work carried out.

If you want to use the Swedish taxation periods P1 to P4 INK for a task, you can activate this here under Settings - Tasks. Click on the task that you want to activate the taxation periods for, and mark the checkbox beside Use taxation periods in checklists. This option is only available on tasks with the period selection Financial year.

When you have saved the change, the Period selection shown in the Checklist page will now include the taxation periods instead of the months. Also, new options become available in the task settings for the customer. The find the new options on the tab Tasks when expanding the customer task.

You can now set how you file the tax report forms - via SRU-file, Paper form or Skatteverkets API. You also set the Signing method for that customer — Electronic or Manual. If you add these options in the checklists, you will get a good overview of how you file the tax reports for your customers.
