Routines

The routine function makes it possible for you to create and handle routines for your accounting office. These routines can make your daily work at the office easier by describing how you should work with your customers, how different tasks shall be performed, and much more.

To add a routine, go to Settings - Routines and select New routine. Name your routine and select where in the system it shall be shown by connecting it to a certain area via the drop-down menu Connected to. Select Add connection if you want your routine to appear in more than one place. It is possible to connect a routine to up to three different places in Visma Advisor. Describe your routine in the text box and select Save.

You need full permission to Settings to be able to add routines.

To read your routines when using Visma Advisor, select the notebook symbol in the upper right.
