Set user rights for employees
- Select Settings - Employees.
- Select the employee you wish to set user rights for.
- Select the User rights tab.
- Click the Edit button.
- Set the user rights for the various functions of the program.
Read more about the permission levels listed below:
No permission
Employees with No permission can access
Full permission
Employees with Full permission can add and edit all the registers in Settings.
Permission to customers where the employee is account manager, task owner or participating in a task
If an employee is account manager, task owner or taking part in a customer task, he or she will have
Full permission to customers at the employee's office
An employee with this permission has full access to the customers that belong to the same office as the employee.
Full permission
An employee with Full permission to the customer register may update all the customers and add new ones.
Permission to the employees own time and outlay registrations
An employee with this user rights only has access to their own time- and outlay registrations.
Full permission
An employee with Full permission has full user rights to all employees' time- and outlay registrations, which means that he or she can make new registrations and mark days as finished for all employees.
No permission
The Invoicing menu is not displayed to employees with No permission.
Permission to process previously created invoice bases, where the employee is a task owner
The employee can adjust and approve task in previously created customer invoice bases where he or she is responsible for particular tasks. This permission is only displayed if the agency has chosen to approve invoice bases by task instead of by customer.
Permission to create and process invoice bases where the employee is an account manager
The employee can create, adjust and approve customer invoice bases where he or she is account manager. If the agency has chosen to approve invoice bases by task instead of by customer, the previous permission also applies.
Full permission to create and process invoice basis for customers at the employee's office
An employee with this user right has full permission to create and process invoice basis for all customers that belong to the same office as the user.
Full permission
The employee can create, adjust and approve all customer invoice bases.
No permission
No permission means that the employee can not access the Resource planning, neither from the main menu nor on the customer. Using this permission, the graphs Hours and Invoicing will no longer be visible on My start page and on the Overview tab
Permission to read
An employee with this user right will only have access to see the resource planning. All customers and employees are displayed but he or she cannot plan or edit hours.
Permission to read and plan their own hours
An employee with this user right can read the resource planning for all customers and employees. The employee can plan and edit hours for themselves and for other employees and for the customers where the employee is account manager.
Permission to read and plan their own hours as well as hours for customers where the employee is account manager
An employee with this user right can read the resource planning and plan hours for themselves and for other employees for the customers where the employee is account manager. In the Per customer view, all customers are displayed. But in the Per employee view, the employee only sees himself.
Full permission
An employee with this user right can read the resource planning for all customers and employees. The employee can plan and edit hours for themselves and for other employees and for the customers where the employee is account manager. This permission level is required to change capacity utilization ratio limits.
No permission
No permission means that the employee can not create or read any reports in the program.
Permission to follow up the employees own time and outlay registrations
An employee with this user right can create all reports but only view information based on their own time- and outlay registrations.
Permission to follow up time and outlay registrations for the customers where the employee is account manager
An employee with this user right can create all reports but only see information about time- and outlay registration for customers where the employee is account manager.
Full permission
An employee with Full permission can create reports for all customers and other employees.
When you have activated this feature, the Advisor KYC tab will be visible in Visma Advisor. Note that it is only when you have the role Administrator in Mina tjänster and the user rights Full permission in Visma Advisor that you can activate the service. The user right settings for the service will not be visible until you have activated Advisor KYC.
No permission
The user right settings for the Advisor KYC is not visible. Neither can they see the Advisor KYC tab on My start page.
Permission to read the general risk assessment
An employee with Permission to read can read the general risk assessment.
Full permission to read, create and finalize the general risk assessment
An employee with Full permission can start, edit and finish a General risk assessment.
Permission to read finalized KYC reports
An employe with Permission to read can see completed KYC reports.
Permission to read and create KYC reports
An employe with Permission to read and create can see completed KYC reports. They can also start new KYC reports, but can not finalize them.
Full permission to read, create and finalize KYC reports
An employee with Full permission can see completed KYC reports, start, edit and finalize KYC-reports.
- Select Save.
