New — transfer invoice bases to Visma eEkonomi

If you use Visma eEkonomi for your invoicing, you can transfer your invoice bases from Visma Advisor directly to Visma eEkonomi.

Preconditions

  • Postal code and City must exist on the customer.
You can check this by selecting Customers in the menu and opening the customer. Select the tab Customer information - Basic information. Add the correct information if it is missing in the fields Postal code and City. Select Save in order to update the information.
  • Product no must exist on tasks, time activities and outlays.
Bear in mind that the product number you enter must be the same as in Visma eEkonomi, if there already exists an article register in the service. If there is no article register in Visma eEkonomi, the articles will be added with the information you have entered in Visma Advisor.
