End a collaboration with an accounting office
Both the customer and the accounting office can, at any time, choose to end a collaboration for a service. Other collaborations are not affected.
- Go to vismaspcs.se and log in.
- Select Collaborations in the menu at the top right corner.
- Select the pen icon to the right of the service you want to end the collaboration for.
- Select End collaboration.
- Select what shall happen after the collaboration ends. Here you can choose whether you will continue working with the program after you have ended the collaboration or if you want to deactivate the service entirely.
- Confirm by choosing End collaboration.
If you receive an error message when trying to end a collaboration, informing you that main contact is missing for the customer number, you solve this by setting a new Main contact. Go to Mina tjänster, switch to the customer's company and select Users and services. Change a user's role by selecting the pen symbol followed by selecting Administrator. Finally, select this user as Main contact. Should your customer not be in the list over users, you first need to create a new user.
The company can choose to continue to work with the service independently, or to end the subscription completely. If the service is ended completely, you can still access existing information but no longer can make any changes.
You can choose either to terminate the collaboration and let your client continue working in the service or to terminate the collaboration and deactivate the service.
If your client should continue working in Visma eEkonomi Fakturering you, as an accounting office, will no longer be able to access the service. Your client will be able to continue working as before.
If the collaboration is terminated and the service deactivated, you, as an accounting office, will be able to view the existing information, but will not be able to make any changes (as long as there are no other active collaboration services). Also your client will have a read-only version of Visma eEkonomi Fakturering where they can view existing information, but not make any changes.
If your client would start a collaboration in the same service, but with another accounting office, they will again get access to Visma eEkonomi Fakturering with the information available when the previous collaboration was terminated.
If the client wants to upgrade from Visma eEkonomi Fakturering to Visma eEkonomi Smart after terminated collaboration, they need to contact Visma Spcs Support.
All information in the service will be deleted.
Before ending the collaboration, it is important that the accounting office adds the customer as a new user in Visma Lön before handing over the backup file. Also, the data should be synchronised in Visma Lön. After the collaboration is ended, the company no longer has access to the service. If the customer wants to continue to work with the service, it must do so through the pay program or via a new collaboration.
The company can choose to continue to work with the service independently, or to end the subscription completely.
Before ending the collaboration, it is important that you check that all reports are submitted and that all users have submitted their outlays.
You can choose either to terminate the collaboration and let your client continue working in the service or to terminate the collaboration and delete the service. If you choose to delete Visma Utlägg, all data in the service will be deleted.
