Remove article

You can delete the articles in the article register that have never been included on a sales document. If there is a sales history for the article, then the article can only be deactivated.

  1. Select Sales - Articles.

If you work with the Stock extension, select Stock and articles - Articles instead.

  1. Select the article you want to remove.
  2. Choose Edit.
  3. Click Delete.

If you use integration between Visma eEkonomi Pro and Visma Webshop, you cannot delete an article, even if it has never been used.

If you only want to remove the article from your webshop temporarily, you can instead use the Hide article feature in Visma Webshop.
