What does non-regulated working hours mean?

Non-regulated working hours is a type of working hours where the employees themselves have been given the opportunity to plan their working hours. The purpose is not that employees with non-regulated working hours should work less or more than normal, but the working hours may vary depending on the work load or from period to period.

It is common that employees with non-regulated working hours do not get paid for overtime or travel time, but that they instead get an additional week of holiday each year.

Non-regulated working hours can only be used by salaried employees, and not by hourly employees.

The settings for non-regulated working hours are enabled on the employee's agreement under Lön Smart - Employees and the Employment tab. Read more in the topic Add or edit employee information.
