Assign employee to agreement

Do the following to assign an employee to an agreement:

  1. Select Settings - Payroll settings.
  2. Select the Agreements tab.
  3. Choose the icon to the right in the Employees column on the row for the agreement you are assigning the employee to.
  4. Select the employees you want to assign to the agreement or check the box at the top of the column if you want to assign all employees to the agreement.

You can filter which employees to show in the list based on the employees' workforce category or pay type. You can combine these filters so that for example only administrative workers with a monthly salary are shown.

  1. Enter from which date the agreement should apply for each employee in the Applies from column. Enter the date in the YYYY-MM-DD format, or select a date using the calendar button.
  1. Select Save.
