Scheduled working hours

The work schedule with the setting Scheduled working hours is used for employees who have regular working hours which follow a fixed work schedule. This type of work schedule may be rolling for up to twelve weeks and have different hours for different weeks.

You enable this setting under Settings - Payroll settings, and the Work schedules tab. Choose the work schedule and select Scheduled working hours next to Type of work schedule.

In cases where it is difficult to assign an employee to a work schedule with regular working hours, it is better to use a work schedule with irregular working hours. Read more in the topic Irregular working hours.
