Why can't I start Visma Skatt & Bokslut Pro for a customer?

This topic is for you who work with Visma Skatt & Bokslut Pro as an accounting office.

If you cannot start Visma Skatt & Bokslut Pro for a customer, it's probably because you are not participating in the task in Visma Advisor. Go to the Tasks tab for the customer and check that you are responsible for or participating in the task. If you are not sure of what task is connected to a collaboration, you as an administrator, can see it in Visma Advisor under Maintenance - Collaborations. Select the checkbox Show even connected, then click the pen-symbol to view what task a service is connected to.
