Visma Skatt & Bokslut Pro

It is possible to create an English version of the annual report in Visma Skatt & Bokslut Pro. The feature is available for limited companies using K2 and for financial years ending in 2023 and later.
Even if you use an English version of the annual report for information purposes, it is always the Swedish version that applies and must be submitted to Bolagsverket.
- Create your annual report as usual.
- Click on the menu in the top right corner and select English from Language.
The entire program, including your annual report, is now displayed in English. This also applies to all sample texts.
- Review, translate and replace the texts you have previously added in Swedish.
To facilitate the translation, the Swedish text is displayed in the text field, but it can just be replaced with the English text.
- Click on Preview to see the results.
When you select Preview, the annual report will be displayed in the selected language and you can save or print it via the Print button. However, only the Swedish version of the annual report is sent to Visma Sign when signing, or to Bolagsverket when submitting digitally.
