K6 - Sale of cooperative apartment, the General information tab
Under K6 - Sale of cooperative apartment, the General information tab, you enter general information about the sold cooperative apartment, i.e. the name of the cooperative apartment association, the apartment reference, date of sale and purchase.
It is important that you enter the correct type of property as this determines what rules and fields are displayed on the following pages. For example, you can only apply for a deferment of profit if the property is a so-called permanent residence.
Indicate whether the cooperative apartment has been used for your own or immediate family's main or secondary residence all or part of the holding period. If you choose Part of the holding period, you enter the period in which it has been used for permanent or holiday accommodation. Then enter as a percentage what proportion of the apartment's total area has been used for permanent or holiday accommodation.
