Send purchase invoices via payment file
- Go to Settings - Import and export.
- Select Create payment file for purchase invoices.
- Select New export.
- Select Export to create the file or Send if you have bank integration.
If you have bank integration, the payment file will be sent straight to the bank when you choose Send. This means that you do not need to continue with steps 5 and 6.
- Save the file somewhere on your computer.
- Log in to your internet bank to upload the file.
In the window that is displayed you can select what posts to pay as well as adjust the payment date.
