Copy document contents to a new document

In Visma.net ERP, you can create a document by coping and pasting the contents of a document of the same type, as described in this topic.

  1. In the appropriate window, open the document you want to copy.
  2. Click , and select Copy.
    The contents of the document are copied to the clipboard.
  3. Click to clear the elements for a new document.
  4. Click , and select Paste.

    The contents of the clipboard are pasted into the new document.

  5. Edit the elements that have different values in the new document than those in the original document.
  6. Click .

Now you can process the new document according to your company's workflow.
