The Visma eAccounting app

The Visma eAccounting app is for users of the Visma eAccounting accounting program. The app enables you to reach your customers and view all of your sales invoices. You can view suppliers, make notes, receive reminders, send uploaded images to the accounting program, and keep track of important transactions in your company.

If you have an active integration with Visma Webshop and receive a webshop order with the payment method Other, you can create an invoice to send to your customer straight from the app.

You have the same access rights in both the Visma eAccounting program and app.

Start using the Visma eAccounting app

To be able to use the app, you must have a licence for Visma eAccounting and a login for vismaonline.com.

  1. Download the app for free from Google Play or App Store.
  2. Log into the app using the same login as you use for vismaonline.com.

To use the Visma eAccounting app, the person with the administrator user role must give everyone using the app access to Visma eAccounting Standaard. The administrator does this at vismaonline.com.

Only an administrator can link source documents from the app to journal entries and purchase invoices in the program. If you only have one licence for Visma eAccounting and want to send source documents to the program, your employees must download them in Visma Scanner instead.
