Visma Scanner

Visma Scanner is an app that you can use to take photos of, save and send receipts and invoices to Visma eAccounting Standaard digitally. By using the app, you reduce the risk of forgetting to register your receipts. The accounting department or accounting office quickly receives the required source document images and can post these to the ledger directly. Please note that you must still save the original copy of the receipt/purchase invoice as a basis for the payment and accounting.

By linking source document images to your journal entries and purchase invoices, you avoid having to search through invoices and receipts in binders or your wallet if you want to check something you have posted. When new images are available to link, you will receive a message in the app.

Start using the app

1. Create an account and log into vismaonline.com.
2. Download the app Visma Scanner from App Store or Google Play.
3. Log into the app with the same credentials as you uses to log into vismaonline.com.

4. To give access to those who will use the app you, in the role as administrator, log into www.eaccounting.nl, click on the company name in the upper right corner and select User.

Printed invoice without QR code	Take a photo of the invoice with Visma Scanner. Enter the invoice in Visma eAccounting Standaard and link the image to the invoice. Images from the app are found under Purchasing - Source document images.
Invoice as PDF	Send the invoice to Visma Scanner via email. The email address you should send your invoice to is found on the settings page under Inbound email address. If you want the invoice to be sent directly to Visma eAccounting Standaard, you select Forward to accounting software in the app.
