Add customer

When you add a new customer, you enter details such as those needed to create an invoice for the customer. In the search field Search company, at the top under Basic information, you can easily find the customer's information by entering their corporate identity number or name. In addition to customer details you can also add internal notes here.

  1. Go to Sales - Customers.
  2. Select New customer.
  3. Enter the customer's corporate identity number or name in the search field Search company at the top of the page.
  4. Select the magnifying glass in the search box to generate search results and then select the search result that corresponds to the customer from the list shown, so that the information is filled in automatically.
  1. If the customer details have been added manually, you choose whether the customer is a company or a private individual in the Customer type field.

The customer type you choose determines if the amount on the invoice is shown with or without VAT.

  1. Fill in the remaining customer details.
  2. Select Save. The customer is now added to the Customer list.
