Deactivate customer

If there are sales statistics for a customer, you can not remove the customer from the customer register. You have to deactivate the customer instead in that case.

  1. Select Sales - Customers.
  2. Click on the customer you want to deactivate.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. Uncheck the Active box. If there is no history on the customer you can instead select Delete.
  5. Select Save.
