Deactivate customer
If there are sales statistics for a customer, you can not remove the customer from the customer register. You have to deactivate the customer instead in that case.
- Select Sales - Customers.
- Click on the customer you want to deactivate.
- Choose Edit.
- Uncheck the Active box. If there is no history on the customer you can instead select Delete.
- Choose Save.
