Select a CID for payment methods

  1. Go to the Customer ledger preferences (AR101000) window.
  2. Click on the Payment settings tab.
  3. In the Select configuration field, click and double-click to select your preferred CID configuration.
  4. If necessary, set the Status to Active.
  5. Click .
