Check sent email status for AutoInvoice
- Go to the Sales invoices (AR301000) window.
- Go to the Invoice address tab.
- Under AutoInvoice, check if the Sent to AutoInvoice check box is selected.
This indicates that the invoice is sent to AutoInvoice. - Check the AutoInvoice status:
- Sent to AutoInvoice:Awaiting processing.
- Pending The invoice is pending and has not been sent yet from the Pending emails (SM507000) window.
You can from this window send the invoice before the system's scheduled dispatch of emails. - SentThe invoice is sent and you can find it in the overview of Sent emails (CO409080).
- ErrorContact Support if this is the status.
- Sent to AutoInvoice:
If you regret sending an email due to an incorrect attachment or receiver of the email, you can still delete or do your changes in the email in the Pending emails window. See Change the recipient address for a pending email.
