Process a customer refund

The Process customer refunds (AR50300S) window can only be used to create customer refunds to be paid via AutoPay.

  1. Go to the Process customer refunds (AR50300S) window.
  2. In the Payment method field, select the preferred payment method.
  3. If necessary, in the Cash account field, change the cash account. Choose a cash account that has a valid bank agreement for AutoPay.

    The table displays all available refund documents.
  4. Select the documents you wish to refund.
  5. In the Payment date column, select the date you want the refund to take place.
  6. In the Amount paid field, verify that the amount you want to refund is correct.
  7. Click Create customer refunds.
