What is included if I activate a collaboration in Visma eEkonomi Pro?

As an accounting firm, you can easily invite your clients within road associations, housing cooperatives, sports associations, or economic and non-profit organizations to collaborate using Visma eEkonomi Förening. The treasurers of the associations get everything they need to manage the finances and their members in a smooth and efficient manner. You activate the collaboration via the option Visma eEkonomi Pro under the Collaborations tab.

In this variant of Visma eEkonomi your client will have the full support for all parts of accounting and invoicing. The most popular version to collaborate in with a client is Visma eEkonomi Start, Visma eEkonomi Fakturering or Visma eEkonomi Smart.

If your client already are working in Visma eEkonomi Pro you can collaborate in this version of Visma eEkonomi too. As an accountant you can help with expertise knowledge and you can divide the accounting work between the both of you.

Your client will also have access to Visma Scanner and Visma Ekonomiöversikt. These services makes it easier to share information such as receipts and invoices and financial information in a more secure way. With Visma Ekonomiöversikt you and your client will always have access to the latest information.

As an accountant, you will also be working in Visma eEkonomi Pro.
