Activate collaboration in Visma eEkonomi from Visma Advisor
From Visma Advisor, you can invite your customer to a collaboration in Visma eEkonomi. This means that you share the same Visma eEkonomi, and both parties can access the same information directly. Both parties have access to the same information immediately. Your customers may have different relations to Visma, the activation process can differ slightly. Therefore, choose the scenario below that fits your customer.

The following variants of the service are available for selection:
- Visma eEkonomi Start
- Visma eEkonomi Bokföring
- Visma eEkonomi Fakturering
- Visma eEkonomi Smart
- Visma eEkonomi Pro
If your customer already is working in Visma eEkonomi, we usually recommend to initiate a collaboration in the same variant. You as an accounting office work in Visma eEkonomi Pro.

To be able to activate a collaboration with a customer, you first need to have a task connected to the customer in Visma Advisor.
- Go to Customers .
- Select the customer you want to activate the collaboration for.
- Select the tab Collaborations.
- Click on the Read more button under Visma eEkonomi.
When the customer have an active subscription, this will be shown at the top left. You can click the icon to see which Visma eEkonomivariant they currently are working in. Since the customer already uses and pays for the service in this scenario, the customer is set as invoice recipient by default. With this option, you send an invitation to the customer for a collaboration in their current version and agreement. It also means that no charges will be incurred until the agreement is renewed.
- Select a task.
- Select Activate.
You have now activated the collaboration and an email has been sent to the customer. There, the customer is asked to approve the collaboration by logging in to Mina tjänster on vismaspcs.se. As soon as the collaboration has been approved, you can begin to work together in the service.
Change variant
If you intend to change the variant for the customer, note that when downgrading, your customer might loose accounting data and their company will do a reset. Read more in the help for Visma eEkonomi in the topic Reset company. If you still want to pull through and downgrade, please contact our support so they can help you.
If you wish to upgrade instead, just select the new variant and it will be done automatically. The upgrade is done in Visma Advisor by the accounting office.
In Visma eEkonomi your customer can invite you as accounting office to collaborate. This is done in Visma eEkonomi under Apps and extensions. Follow the instructions below if you receive an invitation from your customer.
- Accept the invitation via the activation link in the e-mail that gives you access to your customers company in Visma eEkonomi. The e-mail is sent to you when your customer invites you to a collaboration.
- Select Verify that your corporate ID number and e-mail address is correct.
Your customer will now receive a confirmation that you have accepted the invitation.
- You can now log in to vismaspcs.se and Mina tjänster.
- Select your customer's company in the drop-down menu to the right.
- Approve the Terms and conditions.
- Go to Visma Advisor and log in.
- Add the customer by using the guide that will open when you select New customer under Customers. Read more in Add new customer.
- Go to Settings - Customer and the tab Collaborations. Find the customer in the list and connect the service to a task by clicking the customer's name.
An icon will now be visible on the customer when opening the Customer overview under Start services. The collaboration will also be visible on the tab Collaborations.
- Click the icon for Visma eEkonomi in order to start your customer's service.

- In the list Task, select a task.
- At Invoice recipient, you choose who is going to pay for the service.
- At Agreement period, you choose whether the agreement period should be 3 or 12 months.
- Select Next to activate.
You have now activated the collaboration as well as the service and an email has been sent to the customer. There, the customer is asked to approve the collaboration by logging in to Mina tjänster on vismaspcs.se. As soon as the collaboration has been approved, you can begin to work together in the service.

- Choose your desired variant and select Activate.
The window Activate service opens.
- In the list Task, select a task.
- At Invoice recipient, you choose who is going to pay for the service.
- At Agreement period, you choose whether the agreement period should be 3 or 12 months.
- Make sure that the details under Mandatory contact details for are correct. This user will be the administrator on vismaspcs.se.
- Select Next to activate.
You have now activated the collaboration as well as the service for the customer. Also, the customer's administrator on vismaspcs.se has been created. The administrator now receives an email with information that the accounting office has activated the service, and is asked to log in to Mina tjänster on vismaspcs.se in order to approve terms and conditions for the service. As soon as these have been approved you can start your collaboration.
