Activate collaboration in Visma Ekonomiöversikt from Visma Advisor
From Visma Advisor, you can invite your customer to a collaboration in Visma Ekonomiöversikt. This means that you share the same Visma Ekonomiöversikt, and both parties can access the same information directly.

Your customers may have different relations to Visma, the activation process can differ slightly. Therefore, choose the scenario below that fits your customer.
Customer in Visma using Visma Ekonomiöversikt
To be able to activate a collaboration with a customer, you first need to have a task connected to the customer in Visma Advisor.
- Go to Customers .
- Select the customer you want to activate the collaboration for.
- Select the tab Collaborations.
- Click on the Read more button under Visma Ekonomiöversikt.

- In the list Task, select a task.
- At Invoice recipient, you choose who is going to pay for the service.
- At Agreement period, you choose whether the agreement period should be 3 or 12 months.
- Select Next.
You have now activated the collaboration and an email has been sent to the customer. There, the customer is asked to approve the collaboration by logging in to Mina tjänster on vismaspcs.se. As soon as the collaboration has been approved, you can begin to work together in the service.
Customer in Visma, but has not used Visma Ekonomiöversikt before
To be able to activate a collaboration with a customer, you first need to have a task connected to the customer in Visma Advisor.
- Go to Customers .
- Select the customer you want to activate the collaboration for.
- Select the tab Collaborations.
- Click on the Read more button under Visma Ekonomiöversikt.

- In the list Task, select a task.
- At Invoice recipient, you choose who is going to pay for the service.
- At Agreement period, you choose whether the agreement period should be 3 or 12 months.
- Select Next.
You have now activated the collaboration as well as the service for the customer. The customer receives an email and is asked to approve the collaboration and log in to Mina tjänster on vismaspcs.se. As soon as the collaboration has been approved, you can begin to work together in the service.
New customer in Visma
To be able to activate a collaboration with a customer, you first need to have a task connected to the customer in Visma Advisor.
- Go to Customers .
- Select the customer you want to activate the collaboration for.
- Select the tab Collaborations.
- Click on the Read more button under Visma Ekonomiöversikt.

- In the list Task, select a task.
- At Invoice recipient, you choose who is going to pay for the service.
- At Agreement period, you choose whether the agreement period should be 3 or 12 months.
- Make sure that the details under Mandatory contact details for are correct. This user will be the administrator on vismaspcs.se.
- Select Next.
You have now activated the collaboration as well as the service for the customer. Also, the customer's administrator on vismaspcs.se has been created. The administrator now receives an email with information that the accounting office has activated the service, and is asked to log in to Mina tjänster on vismaspcs.se in order to approve terms and conditions for the service. As soon as these have been approved you can start your collaboration.
