Visma Advisor

Here you have full control of your assignments, time reporting and can easily start customer collaborations.

Collaborate with your customers

If you manage the finances for multiple customers, you can easily collaborate with all companies, whether it's a limited company, sole proprietorship or an association. The best way to work is when you share your tasks with your customers. Visma Advisor is the hub where you start and edit your customer collaborations.

You can collaborate in several different ways. The most common is in accounting programs that handle both bookkeeping and invoicing where your customer, for example, invoices and you do the rest, even the annual report. For payroll management, you can collaborate by having your customer and their employees use an app where they record their time as sick leave or manage expenses so that everything is already done when it's time for payroll processing. You can also collaborate on time and projects. Super smooth.

Engagement letter

Avoid misunderstandings by easily creating engagement letters, where it's clearly stated who does what. Visma Advisor includes current assignments for the customer and ensures that nothing falls between the cracks. Additionally, you get a reminder in the Activity view seven days before an engagement letter's expiration date. Simply put, full control.

KYC - Know your customer

Now we're talking about an integrated tool to get full control of your customers and comply with the anti-money laundering laws. Here you get the entire process, from the accounting office's general risk assessment to customer knowledge. Your customers' company information about the board and beneficial owner is automatically imported, and checks against PEP and sanction lists are conducted. Your customers and active tasks are synchronised in the service, and you can choose when the customer knowledge process should be repeated and when to receive reminders.

My start page - your page

My start page is good to check when your workday starts. It shows various charts, a bulletin board, and features like Task overview and To do notes. Customise the page by selecting your charts and arranging them as you want.

Activity view

The Activity view, an important part of the start page, helps you keep track of all notifications for tasks where you are the task owner. In the list view, you can clearly see which customer and for which service the notification applies, including notifications such as Overdue or Action required. You can also filter and see notifications for another colleague if, for example, they need to hand over in case of illness.

Checklists

With Checklists, you get a good overview of your customer tasks. See the status, follow-up, and ensure that all tasks are carried out. When activities are completed, you can mark them as completed in the checklist, either one by one or all at once.

Automatically updated checkpoints

If you have a collaboration in Visma eEkonomi and/or Visma Skatt & Bokslut Pro, the checkpoints can be automatically updated when a task is performed by an accountant employee. By allowing Visma Advisor to mark checkpoints as completed, you reduce the number of clicks and save time on administration. Time that you probably want to spend on something else!

Time registration - invoice basis

Visma Advisor has time registration built-in. You and your employees can continuously register time on tasks and activities that you perform for the customer. In this way you can ensure all the hours are available when it comes to invoicing. As an accounting office, you can also use Visma Lön Smart for your own use at your company. You integrate Visma Lön Smart with the registered hours from Visma Advisor and once activated, they can be imported.

If you work with Visma eEkonomi for your invoicing, you also have the option to transfer your invoicing basis from Visma Advisor directly to Visma eEkonomi.
