Connect task to customer

In the customer database, you add the tasks you perform for your customer and name the employees who are responsible for/are performing the task.

  1. Go to Customers .
  2. Select the customer you want to connect a task to.
  3. Open the Task tab.
  4. Select Add task.
  5. Enter tasks, task owners and employees performing the tasks.
  6. Select Save.

The task is now connected to the customer and you can specify the pricing for the task.
