Mark your tasks/checkpoints as completed
You can mark your checkpoints as completed when they are done. When set as completed, the current date will appear as completion date for the checkpoint. If the completion date is not the same as the actual completion date, you can change it afterwards.
Go to Settings - Tasks to choose the checkpoints that should be updated automatically. This does not apply when Period in a task is set to Week.
The following actions can be connected to checkpoints in Visma Advisor when you have a collaboration in Visma eEkonomi.
- VAT report, create file
- Lock period
- Lock financial year
- EU periodic VAT declaration, create file
Go to Settings - Tasks to choose the checkpoints that should be updated automatically.
The following actions can be connected to checkpoints in Visma Advisor when you have a collaboration in Visma Skatt & Bokslut Pro. This does not apply when Period in a task is set to Week.
For monthly tasks in Visma Advisor:
- Lock/unlock financial year
- Reconciliation BS
- Analysis IS
- Reconciliation BS and Analysis IS
For yearly tasks in Visma Advisor that has the period Financial year or Calendar year:
- Lock/unlock financial year
- Annual report - Done
- Tax form - Done
- Tax return - Submitted to Skatteverket for signing
- Tax return - Signed at Skatteverket
- Reconciliation BS
- Analysis IS
- Reconciliation BS and Analysis IS
- Go to Checklists.
- Select the task you want to see the checklist for.
- Make any selections.
- Select the customer you want to complete checkpoints for.
- Select the checkpoints you have completed or mark all of them done by marking the checkbox to the left of the column header Checkpoints.
- Select Save.
