Visma Advisor
My startpage
This is the employee's personal page that is shown when starting Visma Advisor. Here the employee can, for example, follow up their hours and invoicing, access their activity view, see their time registrations, to-do notes as well as sent e-mails and resize and move the graphs by drag-and-drop.
To resize a graph you place the mouse cursor over the lower right hand corner, press and hold down the left mouse button, then move the mouse while still holding down the left mouse button. This is also how you rearrange your graphs on the board.
You can also show and hide the data shown in the graphs. To hide a bar, just click the name of the bar at the bottom and it will be deactivated and you can focus on the ones displayed in the graph. To make the bar active again, click on the deactivated bar name and it will appear again.
My start page consists of the following tabs:
The chart Worked hours will be customised based on which user rights you have for the reports. With full permission you can see planned and actual worked hours for the entire agency. By selecting different alternatives, additional settings and selections can be made. For example, it is possible to make a selection of an employee or customer.
The Invoicing chart will be customised based on the user rights for the report. With full permission you can see amounts for the entire agency. By selecting different alternatives, additional settings and selections can be made. For example, it is possible to make a selection of an employee or customer. The graph presents invoiced amounts in that month the time registration was made, not when the invoice basis was created.
This chart shows the work hours registered during the current week by the employee that is logged in. A bar chart shows external hours, internal hours and absence. Here the sum of approved hours from the time bank is also shown. By clicking on a bar chart, the underlying time registrations are shown in a pop-up dialogue.
The bulletin board is a space where the agency can post internal messages that are relevant to all employees. On this page, every employee can add information. This information will be visible for all agency co-workers that have access to Visma Advisor.
This panel is a space where you can add links to web pages that you wish reach in an easy way. It is only employees with full permissions to Settings that can manage the links. The panel has a limitation of ten links.
Here you can see a list of the agency's five most profitable clients for the previous month. For each customer, the average hourly rate and contribution margin for the monthly invoicing are displayed. The list is sorted by the size of the contribution margin, the highest at the top.
Contribution margin = Invoicing amount - Costs
Average hourly rate = Invoicing amount / registered time
You can also drill down on each customer and see the corresponding value per task.
Note that it is only employees with full permission to reports that can add and view the data in the chart.
This feature will help you to find and reach the customers services with fewer clicks. Here you can search for the customer using either the customer number or name and directly click the icon for the service you wish to work with. You can add and save up to 3 customers. In this shortcut overview you will also get some additional information such as Corp ID no and Main contact.
All to do notes, that have been assigned to the employee and that are not yet completed, are shown on the Overview tab. A note that hasn't been assigned to anyone will become visible to you when no employee has been selected in the Select employee. In order to display the To-do-notes on the Overview tab, the note must have a completed by date. When the note is completed, it will not be displayed any more.
The chart Task overview enables you to quickly check the status of a specific task. Each status category consists of the quantity and percentage of customers for which the task status applies to. When you click on a status category within the chart, a list of customers in the category is shown. From here, you can directly go to the customer you want to work with. Here you can also mark checkpoints as completed, either one by one or mark all of them done by marking the checkbox to the left of the column header Checkpoints.
The chart consists of the following status categories:
Completed | Refers to customers for which you have set all checkpoints as completed. |
In progress | Refers to customers for which you have set one or several checkpoints as completed, but where there still are checkpoints that are not completed. |

The tab Activity view displays by default all notifications for tasks in which you are a task owner. New notifications are shown at the icon at the top. The overview can also be opened by clicking the icon at the top.
