Work with events in Advisor KYC
The seven most recent registered events are shown in the Overview, either on My start page and the tab Advisor KYC, or in the Overview when you open Advisor KYC. Events is the collective name that is essential for your general risk assessment and KYC reports. Some events are automatically created, some are reminders that it's time to perform a new general risk assessment or KYC-report. You can always add your own events.
Advisor KYC continuously checks if there are any changes among your customers' company details, for example if executives or beneficial owners have changed, or if they have been added to a PEP or sanctions list. If there are changes that can affect the risk assessment, an event is automatically created that will be visible in the event list:
By clicking on an event, you get a more detailed description of its scope and nature. You can also upload attachments, add actions taken and change status Ej hanterad, Pågående or Hanterad.
