Register auditor as a user

In order for your auditor to be able to review your digital documents inside of Visma eEkonomi Pro, you must register the auditor as a user with auditor permission in Mina tjänster. If you yourself are an auditor, this means that you have to ask your client to register you. The registration is free of charge and gives the auditor read-only rights in the program as well as the possibility to print and export reports and registers.

To register your auditor as a user, you must create a new user in Mina tjänster and give them auditor permission. If the auditor is already a user, you only have to edit the existing user. Read more in the Mina tjänster help text Assign users permission as auditor.

Once the auditor has been registered they can do the following:

  • View all content
  • Print reports
  • Export SIE files
  • Export record
Please note that there is a difference between setting up a collaboration with an accounting office and inviting an auditor to review your accounting. When collaborating with an accounting office you do it in order to get advice as well as to get assistance registering invoices, entering journal entries, reporting VAT etc. In this case the accountant gets full access to your company in Visma eEkonomi Pro. Both parties can work with registration of accounting transactions and access the same information directly.

When inviting an auditor you do it in order for the auditor to make an audit of the company's financial statements at the year end. When logging in the auditor can view all content in your company, print reports, export SIE files and registers. The auditor cannot register or change anything in the company's accounting. The purpose is solely to make an audit, i.e. review and check that the accounting follows the laws and regulations applicable.
