Process multiple articles
In Visma eEkonomi Pro you can update and delete/deactivate multiple articles in one go via the Process multiple articles button.
Update article information
- Go to Sales - Articles.
- Select the checkbox next to the articles you want to update.
- Choose Process multiple articles.
- Make the changes you want.
- Select Save.
Delete or deactivate articles
Remember that you cannot delete articles that have been sold. You can deactivate them instead.
- Go to Sales - Articles.
- Select the checkbox next to the articles you want to delete or deactivate.
- Choose Process multiple articles.
- Choose Delete to delete the articles, or use the drop-down list under Basic information to deactivate the articles.
