Articles

Everything you invoice, whether they are products or services, are called Articles in the program.

In Sales - Articles you manage your article register. If you click on a line in the list, it expands to show more information about the article. You see such things as sales statistics for the last 12 months including the latest invoices on which the article can be found.

If you work with the Stock extension you will find the article register under Stock and articles - Articles.

By clicking on the column headings, you can sort the list so that it shows articles in the required order.

Once an article has been saved and marked as active, it can be selected when you create your sales invoices.

To retrieve a list of your sales, go to Reports and select Sales statistics.
