Should your accounts receivable decrease, for example during the holiday period, you run the risk of becoming liable for repayment in times when your sales have gone down.

We will distribute it to your customer, and the selling of the invoice will be automatically entered to the ledger with the settlement receipt available to view directly in the program.

Yes, you can use Visma Betalt Direkt despite already using invoice discounting via Capcito - just beware that you cannot take out a loan on an invoice that you have sold, nor can you sell an invoice that you have a loan on.
A fundamental difference between the services is that when using invoice discounting, you need to constantly keep the invoice volume up, since it is the outstanding invoices that constitute security for the loan and decides the borrowing power. When your invoice volume goes down, so does your borrowing power. When selling invoices, the individual invoice is what is taken into consideration, and you are not dependent on having a constant invoice volume.
So if you have variances in your invoice volume during the year, for example lower turnover during the holiday period, it is better to sell invoices than borrow money on them. With invoice discounting you run the risk of becoming liable for repayment in times when your sales have gone down.

A beneficial owner is the person who owns or controls a legal person, for example a limited liability company or an association. The legal person may have several beneficial owners.
Bolagsverket states that a person may have control in different ways, for example by being entitled to more than 25% of the votes through stock or shares in the company. Or by being entitled to appoint or dismiss more than half of the company board members. You can read and see more examples on how to determine who the beneficial owner in a company is at either Visma Finance AB or Bolagsverket.
Being a PEP means that the person, through their position and influence, may be at risk of being used in for example corruption offences. It is not an issue if the company has employed a PEP, but the Anti-Money Laundering Act requires that we know about any such person. That is why we ask.
Any relatives and close associates (RCA) of a PEP are also considered to be at risk of being used in corruption crimes, and that is why we also ask you about those.
Read more about PEPs at Visma Finance AB.
Some of those who are considered as PEPs are persons such as the head of state, members of the parliament, supreme court judges, generals and admirals as well as the CEOs of state-owned companies. You can read more about this at Visma Finance AB and Svenska Bankföreningen.
