Work with Skatteverket integration

If you are a limited liability company it is possible to enable an integration with Skatteverket, allowing the program to automatically fetch transactions from your tax account. Once the integration is active, the program checks your tax account for new transactions every morning and import them.

When you set up and activate the integration with Skatteverket, Visma eEkonomi Smart will start to import all transactions available on the activation day and 30 days back. Should any of these transactions already exist in Visma eEkonomi Smart, they will not be imported.

Activate Skatteverket integration

  1. Go to Settings - Cash and bank accounts.

  2. Select the tax account and then select Activate connection.

  3. Follow the instructions in the guide.

In the last step of the guide, the Activate button will take you to Skatteverkets website, where you log in and do the final steps to complete the activation.
