When Available in Webshop is marked the article will automatically be transferred to Visma Webshop the next time the programs are synchronised. Please note that this checkbox is only visible when the article is Active.

When you add a new article, the program automatically suggests the next available article number based on the last used number. If you want to use another number than the suggested, you change it by typing the preferred number in Article no field.

The invoice is always printed in English for foreign customers and for domestic customers when English is selected as the sales document language on the customer. If you entered an English name in the Article name in English field, the article will be shown with its English designation. Otherwise, the Swedish article name is shown.

The field is only when you have activated the stock extension. Here you can add any reference for the article, for example the articles location in the warehouse.

Notes about the article will not show on the invoice. If you want to edit notes for a great number of articles you can make an export of the article register, make your changes in the CSV file and then import the register again.

The sales category indicates how the sales of the article should be entered into the ledger.

The field is only shown when the sales category is Goods. Changes of the stock balance are made through inbound and outbound deliveries. The stock balance is reduced when you send an invoice in which the article is included. The same thing happens when you receive an order in your webshop if you have integration with Visma Webshop.

The checkbox is only available for articles that have the sales category Goods. When checked the stock balance and other stock related features are available for the article.

The number you enter here is the point where you have so few articles in stock that you want the program to let you know that it is time to order more. The program will show you that you have reached the order point by displaying the number in red.

You indicate here with which type of ROT/RUT work the article is associated. What you indicate here is automatically filled in, in the Work type column when you select the article for a housework invoice. The different types to choose between are taken from Skatteverket.

The field is shown only if you have chosen to add the article as a service, which means chosen Services X% VAT in the Sales category field. You must have also ticked Housework for private individuals, ROT/RUT rules apply under Settings - Company settings - Invoice settings.

Tick the box Apply rules for One Stop Shop (OSS) in Settings - Company settings, tab Invoice settings to activate the settings required to record sales of OSS goods and services. The program will keep track of the sales of these goods and services and create a report for Skatteverket. For the report to be accurate, a box also needs to be ticked on each article related to the sale of these goods and services. Read more about the rules for OSS on Skatteverket's website.
